The terms and conditions define the rules regulating the delivery and licensing of image and video material. All images and viseo clips are protected by copyright. Prisma can assign usage licences to clients against payment of a usage fee. With the download of images or the usage of photos from the online database the client accepts the terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions of buying image rights apply to both rights-managed, royalty-free images and video clips. Please note the terms and conditions given below and also the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) for royalty-free images.
